The Pause

The Pause offers students a warm, inviting space to unwind and take a break from the constant buzz of social media. Stepping away for a moment can do wonders for your focus and study efficiency. Join us between 12–2 PM and take as much or as little time as you need to relax. Try mindful colouring, design your own bookmark, or explore the soothing effects of mandala art. You’ll be surprised how a simple creative activity can help you de-stress and refocus. Take a moment for yourself, you deserve it. 😊Â
