Pause and Colour Corner

Mindful colouring is a relaxing and creative way to bring your attention to the present moment. By focusing on the colours, shapes, and movements of your hand, you gently quiet the mind and ease into a state of calm. There’s no right or wrong, just choose colours that speak to you and enjoy the process. It’s a great way to slow down, reduce stress, and give yourself a mental break. Whether you spend 5 minutes or 30, mindful colouring can help you feel more grounded and refreshed.
